Organizational climate in innovative enterprises of 21th century

Abstract
The aim of this article is to review literature on the different concepts that have emerged in recent years organizational climate, types of weather that can occur in an organization and the relevance for enterprises that are currently facing the implementation of new technology. This will resume a new concept of organizational climate, which is called by some authors as a climate of innovation, and mentioned studies that have implemented innovative climate instruments that have been built and validated in Europe.
