Abstract
The documental revision of experiences under the theory in the perspective of the transition between the conflict and the posconflict, that presumes a reconfiguration of the citizen, in the way to the well-living and the development, in an ambit of conviviality and a culture of peace, made by the Communication for the development and social chance study group of Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, put in evidence how the community media and the alternative media have the chance to be a principal part in the consolidation of a social change that search for the construction of citizenship, empowerment and participation, as well as the reconstitution of fabric that was broken for the presence of armed groups. Therefore, the nearly, the participation and the dialogue are essentials.
