Abstract
The Antioquia Government delegated the responsibility for modifying the attitudes of community leaders in 46 municipalities of Antioquia in the MANÁ Food Security Plan. For this, he appointed the University of Antioquia to carry out said intervention. This article presents the changes made in the attitudes of people attending the program in module 2: Human Development. Among the subtopics that show statistically significant differences evaluated through the Student's t test for related samples, they are in the life project, conflict resolution, low self-schemas, assertiveness, positive self-schemas, positive self-esteem, inasertivity and emotional reaction to interpersonal conflict.
