A point of view on the legal research in Cuba

Abstract

This article analyses the main relations that can be established among the different legal professions, the researches and the access to their results by means of their publication. It also analyses how those different aspects are articulated at the present time in the Cuban legal thought. The main conclusion obtained is that the development of the Cuban legal thought - and of the legal thought in generaldepends, on the one hand, on the development of the legal research and, on the other, on the publication of its results.
