Tolerance for the majority

Abstract
It has been understood, along the tolerance history discourse, that it is reflected in a practice to the discriminated minorities. However, in this paper it will be argued that a tolerance to the majority is justified because capitalist system involves a strong intolerance against it in a class sense, but the focus is the Colombian case. A discursive analysis allows to say that the tolerance to majority exists when the property access, the factice condition of freedom and tolerance, is warranted. It is the liberating tolerance: the authentic tolerance. But this demands that the society be arranged to cooperate in this objective, which can be obtained through the creation of national conscience and the education for democracy. If this target is not gained, it is justified to run counter to intolerance of an unjust legal domination by means of another intolerance, but this time legitimated and positive: the civil disobedience.
