From conciliation to the joint responsibility in the Spanish regulation of lactation license. Reality or utopia

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to know the legal regulation of lactation license in the Spanish juridical system. For this purpose, it turns up to its historical evolution, regulation, contents and finally, a reflection is done on how the latest labor reforms given in Spain have influenced in this law. Therefore, this dissertation allows an updated knowledge of lactancy license and to verify if the established actions are sufficient to make truthful the joint responsibility.
