The justification of the iusnaturalism for the civil disobedience and the objection of conscience

Abstract

The classic iusnaturalism constituted from its beginnings, and continues constituting nowadays, the most suitable foundation of the civil disobedience and the objection of conscience. This is the thesis contained in this paper and in order to sustain it, a panorama of this iusphilosophical position is presented by analyzing the points of view of its main authors. The conclusion achieved is that, in front of the human rights defense concrete problems, it is always resorted  to the justice notion, even from the strongest analytical positions.
