Abstract
This paper describes the iusphilosophical discourse of evidence, which is understood as a group of studies of conceptual and discursive analysis, made by legal philosophers and theoreticians, about the traditional concept and dogmatic procedure of evidence in courts. Furthermore, by this iusphilosophical analysis the relative argumentative character of evidence in courts can be suppor ted.
