Proposing a Conciliatory Decalogue for Latin America and ICSID

Abstract
Latin America has developed an increasingly hostile attitude towards the system of dispute resolution in international investment sponsored by ICSID. This article reflects on this reality and proposes a decalogue of measures that would reconcile the existence of ICSID with the claims of Latin America towards a system that is more favorable for developing countries.
