An essay about multiple parenthood: Assessing yesterday, footsteps that will lead to tomorrow

Abstract

After revisiting moments that have been erased from memory - in part because of the proud contents of the positivist thinking - and showing that multiple parenthood is a cultural construction that emphasizes the survival of the Eurocentric rationality, this study evaluates if the mentioned family entities -  orgotten by the Brazilian civil code, although very alive in reality - can be recognized and supervised by Brazilian Law.
