Approaches to a conceptualization of mobbing in the Colombian legal

Abstract

The construction of the concept of mobbing started from the early 80’s by Heinz Leymann. Then, the social problem identified was explored by scientists such as Marie-France Hirigoyen the need for control, since the establishment of profiles of bullies and harassed, which was finally adopted by European countries for the establishment of legal rules. Colombia, who is no stranger to these problems, issued the law 1010 in 2006 and proposed his own definition of the phenomenon. This paper proposes an approach to the interpretation of this concept for practical purposes.
