Enterprises and Human Rights: A Liability in Construction

Abstract

This article makes a brief account of the most important national and international instruments in the issue of DDHH from the business sector, within the historical context of Social Corporate Lliability. Works the specific case of Colombia, highlighting opportunities and obstacles. And inviting to reflection on the real scope of the discussion and tools generated, in the relationship, still in development, between the private sector and a responsible actuation , respectful of human rights (DDHH).
