The crisis of peruvian legal protection

Abstract

This article turns out to be an academic endeavor to show the real situation facing the amparo as a constitutional process in Peru. At first, we will present the theoretical framework relevant to the legal process, and then develop theoretically the features of the current model in Peru. Then, we will present the problems that were addressed through this constitutional process, and finally, as a result of the presentation and reflection of the real situation of the constitutional process of amparo, we will present some ideas that we consider appropriate in an effort to change the reality of this institution.
