Abstract

The European Economic Constitution has displaced the Economic Constitution of the European Union countries. The coordination of economics policy is a shared competence, but the reinforcement of the European gobernanza approaches exclusive jurisdiction. However, the a la carte Europe only makes some EU countries to engage in the political economy of the European Union to try to get out of the brutal crisis supported by the European economies
