Abstract

This text attempts to discuss the meaning of the agrarian law in the meanders of the modernity crisis. At the same time it seeks to suscitate the possibility to restore law autonomy through a critical problematicity of human universe. Since when legal knowledge is carried out by a third track based on the experience and with the ability to mediate the dialectic between the social self and the personal self, it will be confirmed the supremacy of the person and his dignity, manifested by the affirmation of human rights and fundamental rights, nowadays ethical substrates of jus agrarian discipline in post-modernity.
