Notes about the proof of pain and suffering: an attempt to systematize

Abstract

Studies related to the problem of pain and suffering proof are, in general, scarce and lacking of sistematic tratment. This article tries to offer an approaching to the principles and postulates which we think are going to support a topic and functional theory to properly regulate this kind of proof; and, in this way, affirm the requirement of proof for apin and suffering and identificate its elements.
