Epistemological Reflections from and Towards the History of Law: a Speech on the Speech
Main Article Content
Abstract
Understood as a legal discipline, History of Law deserves to rethink itself from and in function of different elements that integrate it: being memory of jurist (as of law), being a special history of texts and finally, being a legal speech of essential significance in the orientation of its studies. On this aspect, the ideas of this article will be founded, emphasizing on this matter that the reference to speech as a part of History of Law allows, simultaneously, to forge an epistemological path that identifies this discipline and in the same way gives it the necessary autonomy.
