Abstract
The paper aims to add new elements to the debate generated by the Judgment given by the International Court of Justice on the Territorial and Maritime Dispute (Nicaragua vs. Colombia); as well as to elaborate an academic and healthy critic to this Judgment, which was issued on November the 19th, 2012. The paper exhibits a group of mistakes made by the participant parties, paying special attention to the ones made by the Court and Colombia; which, at the end, caused considerable damage to the latter.
