The case of infectious. CNS tuberculosis. Presentation of a case

Abstract
A case of tuberculosis of the Central Nervous System is described in an adolescent, immunocompetent, indigenous patient, presentating with aseptic meningitis and signs of focalization. The MRI showed lesions compatible with tuberculomas. Consecuently, CSF was cultured for the Koch Bacillus. The patient has evolved satisfactorily after the initiation of an anti-tuberculosis treatment.
