Abstract

It outlines the relationship and difference of the Social-PS expertise with the Social Forensic Work -SFW, in order to substantiate its own disciplinary field, legally sanctioned, and thus overcome, ideological and technical instrumental welfare postures. It highlights the tradition of Social work on the socio-legal links and outlines some challenges to strengthen them.
