Abstract

Before reading this edition, it is essential that the reader be aware of the main themes that will be addressed in the stories. With this in mind, the journal Pensamiento Humanista is very clear that reducing these themes and their associated problems to rationality and abstract philosophy would turn the people of La Sierra into mere objects of study. This is not how we wish to operate, since at Pensamiento Humanista we know very well that philosophy is, before being a rational exercise, a human one.
