Abstract
The approach to health is a matter that must not only integrate several professionals from different disciplines, but must also focus on a single object: a man who suffers, enrolled in a culture and crossed by a subjective that determines the way in which he is relates to your health and illness. In this way, the need arises to build spaces where medical discourse and "psi" discourse are knotted, in order to attend to those impasses that are generated in the medical act by serving only the organism and is committed to making the subject responsible for their own demand through the word.
