Abstract
The scientific quality process, and specifically the quality of scientific publications, demands increasingly more demanding criteria and procedures from the authors and the editorial committee of the journals to guarantee the advancement of knowledge. Scientific publications to be endorsed by Indexing Bases must meet at least criteria of quality, stability, visibility and national and international recognition and impact. The journal Informes Psicológicos has worked with its editorial team, scientific committee and collaborators to meet these criteria since its construction process.
