Abstract

Being the editor of a journal is a very important responsibility not only for the fact of guaranteeing scientific quality, but also for the visibility given to authors, reviewers and, above all, to Higher Education Institutions. This work is only possible if there is an institutional policy regarding knowledge management, academic and research networks of value, a team of collaborators committed to editorial processes, but, above all, with knowledge, with the authors and evaluators generous with their time and wisdom. During these five years as editor of our national magazine Informes Psicológicas, a commitment to the integration of the faculties of Psychology of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, there have been innumerable learnings, networks and synergies. Thanks to each and every one of those who have a relationship with us, thank you for all your contributions, your suggestions, your queries, your time and your knowledge. A new stage of the magazine begins, with a new editor and a wonderful support group at the national and international level. Let's continue cultivating this community of knowledge, let's generate greater dissemination of what we do in each of our countries. We have achieved the classification and reclassification in Publindex and we will continue to contribute to the generation of new knowledge with new strategies and a national management and transfer system that allows us to strengthen the international scientific community.
