Art as a drama and aesthetic experience

Abstract
Based on the research by American Professor Richard Shusterman on popular art and its legitimacy, the article suggests that such an effort, reading from a
hermeneutics of understanding, constitutes an ethical and political effort. Ethical, in the sense of making art a way of life, and political, as its inclusion in a democratic way is claimed by its legitimacy, in addition to political expressions that embodies the art itself in its many manifestations.
