Abstract
This text aims at tracking Martin Heidegger’s words on the meaning of thinking. Thus, this paper presents an interpretation which emphasizes the experience of a thought greatly disassociated from the strategies of science and its positive reduction of the world, as well as from the comfortable encyclopedic adventures of Academy. Thinking is therefore shown as practical knowledge that keeps guard on the rough experience of an ongoing existence which is manifested in its originary absence through time.
