Abstract

This article focuses on the concept of wisdom and beauty from the theological experience of the people of Israel as conveyed by an ancient proverb. Beauty and wisdom are closely intertwined by an experience which is mostly theological, not only esthetic. Through such experience, the wisdom and beauty of an individual who is beautiful, sensible and ethical can be recognized.
