Ethics and freedom: the immanence of limits

Abstract

The ethical freedom must be discovered in the interstice between the freedom positive and the negative freedom, being limit but not limited by these. In that border the encounter and the agreements take place between the free men, who, beyond the law they can establish justice relations. For that reason the ethics is also an encounter like the politics, understood like bond between the community and the moral freedom of the individuals.
