Abstract
Religions have contributed to the development of ethical reflection on artificial intelligence, also through significant joint engagement. This article presents a review of interreligious events held since 2020 on the topic of artificial intelligence, including an analysis of the content and the positions expressed by the various religious leaders involved. The dialogue that has taken place has, above all, demonstrated the capacity of religions (or at least some of their leaders) to work together for the benefit of humanity, placing their respective cultural and religious traditions at its service. Moreover, the outcome of this shared reflection is a positive and forward-looking ethical vision, born from a sense of wonder—imbued with responsibility—at the possibilities offered by the development of new digital technologies.
