Abraham, a Way, Always a Beginning (on Spaces and Words)
Main Article Content
Abstract
The work of a translator should´nt be to invent but to help us to discover. That´s the way taken by the author: he allows us to rediscover in the face of Abraham, the Patriarch, a road the believer is invited to travel. Hence the words of the title are “always a beginning”. How the author gets to it? By rediscovering some aspects of the Father of our faith: he was a man living in a city who discovers the desert splendors, an apprentice through desobedience, a story teller and giver of names, a husband and a free man.
