Abstract

How to be able to say something through a language aiming to strike the reader or the listener? There resides the magic and the art of the metaphore. The author deals with the text through the analysis of some suggestive terms of this Lucanian narrative. He lets us percieve that Luke intends to forward this message to all the potential readers and comunities who will see this passage and have to answer the crucial question about the “love of our neighbors”. The parable seems to present a coherent pharisaic activity as far as the believer would be, existentially, able to pass from orthodoxy to orthopraxis.
