Resumen
La captura de las instituciones es la manera en que las elites economicas consiguen relacionarse con la esfera de lo publico y mantener su posicion de poder a traves de las ventajas que les dan sus ganancias para cooptar diversas organizaciones politicas. A esto se le conoce como captura del Estado, y normalmente se analiza a nivel nacional. Sin embargo, el proceso se ha internacionalizado y alcanza las relaciones entr e paises y las organizaciones supranacionales. La lectura del fenomeno desde un marco Estado centrico se volvio insuficiente, dado que alli, donde antes habia una elite con bastante poder para monopolizar decisiones publicas, ahora hay una institucionalidad global cooptada que ejerce presion en el actuar de los gobiernos. Este articulo busca enfatizar en la cooptacion de las instituciones internacionales, especialmente en las formas en que esta se manifiesta y sus consecuencias. Por tal motivo, se expone que las relaciones desiguales entre paises y la participacion de elites transnacionales en las decisiones de poder son las formas en que se evidencia una captura mundial dentro de las nuevas dinamicas de relacion en la globalidad. Para el desarrollo de la investigacion y del texto se utiliza una metodologia cualitativa de tipo revision documental.
