Responsibility and Commitment: The Dialogue of Intersubjectivity for Human Development

Main Article Content

Abstract

Human development is an action imposed by necessity due to the complexity of man. This occurs because he aims for a happier life. The problem caused for such an action, when all the necessary factors for the configuration of society are not taken into consideration, is the vulnerability of meaningful populations, because the supremacy of the individual leads to the constraining and forgetting of the other. It is, therefore, necessary to establish an intersubjective dialogue, which should be aware of the responsibility of every citizen to help setting and developing an alter ego. It is also necessary to create a commitment that leads to an actual change in our thoughts on the current system, which has been imposed for so many years. Accomplishing what is proposed, might lead to a balanced development.
