Abstract
Scientific publications have two fundamental objectives: firstly, to disseminate research results in academic communities that contribute to the development of a discipline; and second, to strengthen the professional practice of different psychologists at the regional, national and international levels. The Psychological Reports Magazine publishes results of scientific research and reflections in the areas of social sciences, health and issues related to human behavior; in order to promote the exchange of knowledge and opinions. The contents of the journal are aimed at researchers, teachers, professionals and students, interested in the areas listed. This edition includes international articles both of a research nature and of systematic reviews on topics of interest and current affairs for psychology. In the first place, it includes articles by researchers from the Universidad del Salvador (Argentina) related to working memory and the interferences of taste and visual representations; Similarly, Dr. Blair from the University of Washburn (United States) reflects on the biological bases of relationships between parents and children and their influence on well-being. Continuing in the same vein, the article related to the structure of values and subjective well-being is included by a cross-cultural team from the Faculty of Educational Sciences of Rome.
