Notes for an essay on psychology and health

Abstract

In the process of preparing this presentation, I found that I had ideas but isolated in relation to the subject of Psychology and Mental Health. Hence I decided to call it notes for an essay. Speaking to the dean, when he called to invite me to this event, I expressed to him that I preferred to speak only of health, not of mental health. The reason for this is that, in some way, it is redundant - psychology is the study, among other things, of the mind and behavior, therefore, psychology, at first, already refers to the mental - and health to a process.
