Inteligência emocional e autoeficácia como mediadoras entre o trabalho emocional e intenção de mudanças na profissão

Resumen

O estresse ocupacional pode colaborar para a intenção realizar mudanças na profissão, em psicólogos clínicos. A partir do Modelo de Demandas-Recursos, este estudo teve como objetivo, analisar se a Inteligência emocional e a Autoeficácia profissional (recursos de trabalho) desempenham um papel mediador entre o Trabalho emocional (demanda de trabalho) e a Intenção de mudanças na profissão, em uma amostra de 240 psicólogos clínicos brasileiros. Os dados foram coletados por meio de plataforma on-line, tendo como instrumentos de pesquisa um Questionário de dados sociodemográficos e laborais, o Questionário de avaliação relacionado a Demandas emocionais e Dissonância da regra da emoção, Medida de Inteligência Emocional, Escala de Autoeficácia Geral Percebida, e Intenção de mudanças na profissão. As análises obtidas por meio do teste de Modelos de Equações Estruturais revelaram que a Autoeficácia profissional influencia positivamente a relação entre as demandas emocionais do trabalho e a intenção de mudanças na profissão em psicólogos clínicos.
