The journal Cuestiones Teológicas invites researchers, theologians, philosophers, data scientists, and specialists in artificial intelligence to submit articles for its next special issue dedicated to the relationship between Theology or religious studies and artificial intelligence.

 

Some proposed thematic axes are:

  • Theological presuppositions for approaching artificial intelligence: reflection on the nature, limits or scope of artificial intelligence, from the different areas of Theology, society, and culture. etc.
  • The use of artificial intelligence in theological work: analysis of the use of tools and applications for biblical exegesis and hermeneutics; for theological documentary analysis and the study of Theology itself, or evangelization, pastoral and preaching in communities.
  • Artificial intelligence and digital culture as new scenarios of reflection for Theology: proposals for approaching the fields of artificial intelligence and technologies from pastoral, spiritual, moral and ethical perspectives.
