Corrupción y poder, un desafío a la gobernabilidad

Abstract

The article is a synthesis of the investigation that realised the author like final work of the Specialization in Political Studies, with the motivation to make a recent analysis in the Colombian context of the relation between corruption and power, starting off of which the corruption is not a problem recent nor related solely to the idiosyncrasy or to the culture of the countries, and that the power arises soon first like an instrument and like an aim by means of which it is obtained the supremacy and the well-being, taking for the citizen to commit certain actions catalogued like corrupt or not adapted. The corruption has been constituted in a risk for the governments who interact through the policy and the economic relations and although deliver great attacks in the fight to fight it in a new agenda of work at world-wide level, continues being this subject on which not yet clear and permanent public policies set out.
