Abstract

The way to teach journalism is a little studied topic for journalists and pedagogues, but it can determinate the quality of the news that every citizen see in the mass medias. This paper has a reflection about the most discussed topics about journalism education: if it has to be learned in a communication school or since the empiricism, if it has to be learning in a major or in a postgrad, and how the information and communication technology must to be included in the journalist’s education. Finally, this paper conclude with some didactic recommendations for social communication schools professors.
