Abstract

It is a retrospective reviewed o fthe medical records from Pablo Tobon Uribe Hospital at Medellín Colombia, where 18 patients were founded with extrapelvic endometriosis between June 1993 and July 1996. All women were premenopausal. Thediagnostic of abdominal Wall mass was, most of the time, the cause for surgery in our patients; sometimes they were founded in scares. Abdominal wall masses, presented with pain, wich sometimes is cyclical and difficult to presurgical diagnostic, could be the symptoms of endometriosis and the managment is by perfoming an adequate excision to prevent recurrence.
