Abstract

Asthmatic patientwho is admitted for a compatible bronchopneumonic process associated to intestinal obsnuction complicated with a gastrointestinal massive bleeding. A larva of S. stercoralis was founded at the duodenal biopsy which was managed with Ivermectine with irregular improvement. This is an evidence of a disserninated form ofstrongyloidiasis in apparently inmunocompetent host.
