Abstract
In the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to attend to health personnel in a particular way, through the management of their psychological safety, a concept that requires updating for its use in this circumstance. To do this, a critical assessment of the Psychological Safety construct is carried out and a new perspective for its study is proposed. It is concluded that the new proposed perspective complements and expands the limits of psychological safety assuming it as a personological configuration.
