Parents divorce: repercussions in children’s mental health

Abstract

This study looks for, by means of the comparison of indicators of mental health of students who have lived the separation on their parents with whom they have not happened through this critical event in his families, to settle down the repercussion of this situation in the children. With this intention the Groups of Investigation in Family of the School of Social Sciences, the Center of Family and the Institute for the Marriage and the Family of the UPB associated with the Group of Investigation in Mental Health of the Medicine Faculty of University CES were united to make a cross-sectional investigation with the scholastic population of schools of CONACED.
