Abstract

A case of Cryptosporidiosis in a 8 months old patient with hypogammaglobinemia is reported.
The diagnosis was made by direct fecal smear stained with cold and modified Ziehl-Neelsen stain. Although the patient received Spiramycin, the illness proved fatal.
