Abstract

We present a patient without ulceration but with subcutaneous nodulations with lifadenitis In right superior extremity. The diagnosis of leishmaniasis was possible by isolation of promastigotes of Leishmania panamensis in the culture. Smears, biopsie, Montenegro skin test and antibodies in the serum were negatives. This case correspond to a clinical from of leishmaniasis infrequently that In known like linfagitic, non-ulcerative leishmaniasis.
