Melanoma. Review of the subject

Abstract

Malignant melanoma of the skin receives more attention and study every day because its incidence has rapidly increased worldwide. Surgical treatment is curative for most early stages, but least successful for avanced ones. A clinical revision of melanoma, risk and prognosis factors, pathology and current therapy is made.
