Mebelli's Porokeratosis. A classic presentation

Abstract

Here it's presented a Porokeratosis of Mibelli case, located on the back of the nose; which is the classic form of Porokeratosis. The diagnosis was confirmed by the histopathological study, and it showed the presence of the cornoid lamella; which is a typlcal finding in this pathology. This case was studied and analized, because Porokeratosis it's not frequent in our own enviroment, and the location on the skin of the patient is not the usual one.
