Tuberculosis: primary resistance of BK to chemotherapies

Abstract

Here are presented the results of the resistance tests made on 22 new patients without previous treatments, discovered in the "Hospital La María" in November 1982.
Although the number isn't representative, the high proportion of resistant germs (320/0) and specifically to INH, more and urgent investigation of the matter or a change in the treatments become necessary.
