Mortalidad asociada a las fracturas de la pelvis

Abstract

We have done a revision of the necropsies practiced in the Legal Medicine Institute of Medellin, during 1985, analyzing 129 cases with fracture of pelvis, classifying them of this way: age, sex, motive, kind of fracture, treatment, mortality, complications and association with the alcohol. It’s most frequent in the traffic accidents and between these are the pedestrians groups. The group of people most common in alt these causes has been between 15 and 44 years old, we still comment it and we're still revising the references about theme.
