Abstract

A review of the hypoxic crisis theme is made. Its physiopathology, clinical manifestations, etiology, and management are analyzed. The hypoxic crisis is a common clinical manifestation of different cyanotic congenital cardiopathies that should be managed as quickly and efficiently as possible by any physician who Is In contact with them. In this review, some simple forms for the treatment are given, and they can be applied to any center of a primary attention, while the patent is taken to a more specialized Institution where a surgery treatment can be applied.
